Palomba
Red wine made from red grapes from different plots between 40 and 60 years old, on schist soils. 90% Tinta Gorda and 10% other traditional grape varieties. 5-day maceration of the whole bunch, followed by foot treading and reassembly. Pressing at the end of fermentation.
