A Chardonnay maceration cuvée, vinified four-handed by Pearl, a Canadian descendant of the Cree Indians, and our winemaker friend Jasper, from the Commun of Button estate in Australia. Maceration of the Chardonnay for 10 days. Aged for three years in tuns. Bottled in 2022.
