Touriga Nacional, Sousão, Touriga Franca. Schist soil, dry year. Total destemming followed by gentle crushing. Co-fermentation in granite presses. Aged 2/3 in 4000-litre Austrian oak barrels, 1/3 in cement.
Bottled after 2 winters. Wine not filtered or cold stabilised.
