Voyages
Blend of 2/3 Chasselas and 1/3 Muscat from two plots on clay-limestone soil.
Harvested in late August and early September. Direct pressing of whole bunches from the two plots separately. Blending during ageing. Matured on fine lees in century-old oak casks for 12 months. No sulphites added, either to the juice, during ageing or at bottling at the end of August 2023. Filtered through cellulose plates before bottling.
