With 7 ha of vineyards, father Henri and son Raoul lead this beautiful vineyard from the Piedmont Pyrénées, exposed to the south, ecologically cultivated in border on steep slopes, with the varieties Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu, Gros Courbu and Camaralet. The vines are plowed. The harvests are made between October and December, in particular to wait for maximum concentrations. Sunny autumns and the freshness linked to the proximity provide a vital freshness to lift the wine. Cuvée Julie from the beginning had a great acceptance in Goliardos, the Suprême de Thou, pure Petit Manseng, is an even more complex wine, of guard, whose concentration and freshness puts it in the great liqueurs. Dry whites are aromatically rich, with a fine acidity that makes them beautiful food partners.
