Blend of 2 of the best plots of old vines (60 and 100 years old) cultivated by António and his team in biodynamic agriculture. Field blend of around 20 indigenous grape varieties, with Baga predominating at around 50%. Natural fermentation in open vats and ageing for 18 months in 600 litre demi-muids. A year of frosts at the end of March, with good conditions for the health and ripeness of the grapes during the harvest.
