Rosé red from Lumeares, A Teixeira vineyards, over 70 years old, on gneiss soils, where Mencía predominates, with some Garnacha Tintorera, Palomino, a little Brancellao and others.
It ferments and ages in barrels after a direct press, where it stays for approximately 6 months.
A small dose of sulphur before bottling.
