Grapes in partnership, a blend of old vines (50/80 years old) and younger vines (15/30 years old), mostly organic. Field blend of around 20 grape varieties with a predominance of Alfrocheiro, Tinta Pinheira, Tourigo, Jaen and Baga in granite soil. Careful, low-intervention vinification. Vinification in infusion vats. Ageing in used barrels for 18 months.
