Fusion Assemblage
A classic Alsace blend, to be enjoyed as an aperitif, made from vines planted in the 1980s and 1990s of Pinot Gris (50%), Riesling (35%) and Gewurztraminer (15%), offering the creamy texture of Pinot Gris, the sharp intensity of Riesling and the aromatic component of Gewurztraminer. It ages on the lees until the following spring and is bottled early.
