100% Vinhão. Granite soil broken up in vineyards in plots at about 100 to 150 m altitude. Grapes destemmed and pressed by hand. Spontaneous fermentation with the skin in amphorae for 3 months. Stage on the leaflets for 3 months in amphora. No filtration or bonding.
