Raisins Migrateurs
‘Grapes migrate too! This is how our “Raisins Migrateurs” cuvée came about, through our partnership with a biodynamic winegrower in the Ventoux region. When Grenache meets Aubun, these grape varieties combine to create a wine that is both fresh and delicious.’
Grapes from the Ventoux region (84), 80% black Grenache, 20% Aubun from vines aged 10 to 30 years, grown on loamy, clayey, gravelly and sandy soils depending on the grape variety.
Total destemming. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in vats with punching down. Pneumatic pressing. Natural cold settling. Aged in 620-litre barrels for 12 months, followed by 12 months in vats.
