Safado branco
It comes from a 65-year-old organic vineyard near Murteira (Cadaval). With sandy-clay soil, it is essentially made from Alicante branco, Seara Nova and Boal Prior grape varieties, typical of the region’s old vines. In the winery, it was pressed directly, sedimented in stainless steel and fermented and aged in used French oak barrels for a year. Vinified without the addition of oenological products, only with a low addition of sulphur dioxide. Bottled in August 2024.
