Saint-Julien en Saint-Alban Vieille Serine 1,5L
Syrah over 70 years old, known locally as “serine”. Classic Northern Rhône granite profile. Whole bunch maceration for 8 to 10 days, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in a vat. No sulfuring is used before bottling. Ageing in casks on fine lees for 36 to 48 months. Bottled without fining or filtration, with no added sulfites depending on the vintage.
