Terra de Tavares Reserva
Jaen (50%), Touriga Nacional (35%) and Rufete (15%) grape varieties. Granitic clay soil, dry and hot year. Maceration for 2 weeks, ageing in stainless steel for 6 months, followed by 2 years in old 600 litre oak barrels.
