
Arkose rouge
Old Auvergne gamay vines from Montpeyroux (decomposed granite). Vines planted in 1942 and 1950. Harvested with 50% whole grapes. Maceration for 25 days with indigenous yeasts. Aged in 500-litre barrels for one year. No filtration.
