Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Sousão and Tinto Cão. Schist soil; an early-ripening year without being overly hot. Full destemming followed by gentle crushing. Fermentation in a granite wine press without temperature control. Aged in concrete vats. Unfiltered and unchilled wine.
