From Lumeares, A Teixeira. A plot over 90 years old, isolated, with a mixture of varieties where Mencía predominates, with Mouratón, Garnacha Tintorera, some Brancellao, Merenzao and others.
Fermented in an open vat at 100 per cent strength. Light maceration by post-fermentation infusion for 60 days.
Aged for 12 months in used barrels and bottled with a small dose of sulphur.
