From the 65-year-old vineyard near Murteira (Cadaval) with sandy-clay soils, mainly uses Alicante White, Seara Nova and Boal Prior, typical of the region’s old vineyards. In the cellar, direct pressing, sedimented in stainless steel, fermented and aged in used French oak barrels for a year. Vinified without adding oenological products, only with a low addition of sulphur.
