Safado branco
Sourced from a 65-year-old vineyard near Murteira (Cadaval), cultivated organically. Grown in sandy-clay soil, it is primarily made from the Alicante Branco, Seara Nova and Boal Prior grape varieties, typical of the region’s old vines. In the winery, the grapes were directly pressed, settled in stainless steel, and fermented and aged in used French oak barrels for one year. Vinified without the addition of oenological products, with only a low addition of sulphur dioxide. Bottled in August 2024
