Pietro Arditi
Piemonte

Piemonte is full of micro-zones that are somewhat in the shadow of the two icons that are Barolo and Barbaresco, but it is often in the so-called “smaller” regions that we find the most daring producers and that the potential of this region is revealed even more with great wine tradition and that knows how to preserve an artisanal, natural style, producing wines made for the table. Pietro Arditi has his vineyards in the sub-area called Monferrato, and cultivates several varieties: Barbera, Grignolino, Ruché and Freisa. This Canone Inverso wine is made from the Freisa variety, mother of the famous Nebbiolo and aged in cement vats for 3 years. It is a wine with an established structure and an autumnal aromatic expression.
