55 per cent Grenache, 30 per cent Cinsault and 15 per cent white grape varieties (Clairette, Granache blanc and marsanne) on granite and gneiss slopes.
Partially destemmed, fermentation and ageing in cement, where it is left for 12 to 18 months on fine sands.
No sulfites added until bottling, without fining or filtration.
