A blend from 35 plots (8.5 ha) in the communes of Lhomme, Ruillé-sur-Loir, Chahaignes and Marçon. Soils of flint-rich clay over tuffeau limestone.
Pneumatic pressing, natural cold settling, natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged in 500-litre barrels on fine lees for 12 months, followed by 9 months in bottle.
Dry wine.
