‘The estate’s original cuvée, Vieilles Vignes Eparses, is a blend from our very old Chenin vines. It reflects our belief in the potential of these Coteaux-du-Loir white wine terroirs.’
A blend from six plots (1.8 hectares) in the communes of Marçon and Dissay-sous-Courcillon. Clay-flint soils over tuffeau limestone, with vines aged between 80 and over 100 years. Pneumatic pressing, natural cold settling, natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Matured in 500-litre barrels on fine lees for 20 months.
