Les P’tits Vélos en Tandem
“We use the name Les P’tits Vélos to refer to our sparkling wines.
They are called “En Tandem” when Chenin meets Pineau d’Aunis to create a perfect harmony.”
60% Pineau d’Aunis and 40% Chenin Blanc from vines aged 10 to 50 years old, grown on flinty clay soils over tuffeau limestone.
Pneumatic pressing, natural cold settling, natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Traditional method: 100% 2022 base wine, second fermentation with our own musts.
Base wines aged in 600-litre barrels on fine lees.
Bottled in November 2023, disgorged in December 2024.
