The human touch in wine: different grape varieties, winemaking techniques and ageing.
Grapes from the old Muxagata vineyard (a blend of varieties), vinified in a concrete vat (in contact with the skins for 5 days). Fermentation is complete, with the remaining 18 months of ageing taking place in oak barrels.
