Ciste branco macerado
From different plots with a blend of native grape varieties, mainly Malvasia, Bastardo Branco, Formosa and Verdelho, aged between 60 and 80 years and grown in clay soils.
The grapes were destemmed and macerated for 11 days. Pressing took place before the end of fermentation. Aged for 15 months in stainless steel vats and bottled in December 2025 without fining or filtration.
