Ciste rosé
A rosé wine made from red grapes from different plots, blending native varieties—primarily Tinta Gorda—with 10% traditional grape varieties, from vines aged between 60 and 80 years old grown in clay soils.
Foot-treading and direct whole-bunch pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged for 10 months, 70% in used oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel vats. Bottled in July 2025 without fining or filtration.
