Humus “Com as Galegas”
The estate’s own vineyards, comprising around 10 hectares of certified organic vineyards near Caldas da Rainha, with clay-limestone soils and an Atlantic influence.
A blend of 12 indigenous white and red grape varieties from Galicia and Minho. Macerated for 10 days, aged for 1 year in oak barrels, with no added sulphites.
